The connection between Meg and Thomas felt real and honest, which I find isn’t easily done especially when characters have such short time together (in this case a weekend). The book is well written and I can’t wait to see where their relationship goes and to read more books from the author.

Between the smut and the realization that Thomas and Meg were quickly falling for each other, I just couldn't put this book down. The tie-in between Thomas and the Dark Ages was cleverly written with Meg birthing his Renaissance.
